Shipping Policy

We ship only within the United States and outlying territories.

All packages are processed and shipped 1-2 business days following purchase. We may contact customers and temporarily hold their package for a couple of business days if we are unable to verify the delivery address. When that happens, we call and email the customer to ensure the package is shipped to a valid address.

Most, but not all, of our products are offered with free S&H. If there is a S&H charge, customers can see that on our order page prior to completing the purchase. The amount will be itemized for them during the checkout. That amount is also itemized in the email receipts which are sent to the customer after the order is finalized.

We use USPS, DHL, and FedEx and our average delivery time is 3-7 business days. Often these carriers will relay packages to USPS for final-mile-delivery. Holidays and mandated lockdowns have, in the past, increased the average transit time temporarily.

We have also experienced temporary increases in transit time of up to 10 business days during the Christmas season.
